Micah Just Answer Your Question About Vitamins To Prevent Hair Loss

May 20th, 2012

Mary asks…

I am losing my hair. when I wash or comb it comes out. Is there any vitamin I can take to prevent hair loss?

Micah answers:

Hi Dont worry, it might not be too serious. Although you do need to go through a check list to see what the probloem might be.
1 Are u on any diets?
2 sleeping enough?
3 drinking enough water?
4 do u color ur hair too much?
5 any medications or drugs?

Then you could use prenatal vitamins or a vitamin w/ biotin in it, it will help ur hair grow healthier, longer, stronger.
But, you should also see your Doctor it ur hair still continues to fall out. You could have Alapica altera ( hair loss ) or and underlying condition.

Good luck,
And they also have great professional products on the market now, like Nioxin or Murad to help treat hairloss.
@ Ulta or Sephora

Steven asks…

Does Amla Powder really stop hair loss?

I Heard Amla powder is a really good source for hair loss as it contains the most vitamins in its natural form compared to other herbs. How does it prevent hair loss though?

Micah answers:

No doubt that amla powder is very good for hair, specially when some one is suffering from hair loss problem. It has more vitamins than other herbs. It can solve your hair loss problem and can make your hair healthy. You can add curd into amla, mix it well and then apply for the better results of your hair.

Micah Just Answer Your Question About Hair Loss Due To Stress In Women

May 19th, 2012

Lizzie asks…

Help, I’m losing my hair.!!!!!!?Any other women having this problem?

I’m only 27 and I’m female, and my hair is falling out at an alarming rate. I’m not bald nor do I have any bald spots yet, but it’s thin in front. Are there any natural remedies to help with hair loss. I would rather not take non natural medicines, or have any hair replacement procedures. Please don’t suggest a wig either. I’m sure the loss is due to stress, and I’ve tried to eliminate as much stress as possible, but some things just cant be helped. I also know that it’s normal to lose some hair, but this isn’t. Its everywhere. Even when I vacuum, I’m constantly finding hair, when I wash my hair, large groups of strands come out wrapped around my hands, I get the clothes out of the dryer and my hair is stuck to them. My hair is all over the bed, the cover-everywhere

Micah answers:

Drink 10-12 glasses of water daily and have a high protein diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables and dairy products. Since iron-deficiency anemia can also cause hair loss, make sure that you eat a well-balanced diet that includes a daily serving or two of iron-rich foods.Check out

Steven asks…

I have alopecia(hair loss in women). Please help!?

Ive been suffering from alopecia for two years now. Ive gone to the doctor and still they have no clue why i keep losing hair. Two years ago it was really bad but since then i have been losing hair and still have some minor bald spots. The bald spots are not visible unless I comb my hair a certain way. I always have to keep the same hairstyle. Before I started losing hair, I had a lot of volume. Since I have a lot of volume, the hair I do have seems full but clearly its not. I really want to get rid of the bald spots and ive been using nioxin, taking vitamins, and occasionally use i think rogaine or something similar, but thats very rarely. If youve gone through this before, please help. I rlly want my hair back. thank you so much. Oh and Im 16, so alopecia isnt very common for people my age. I thought maybe it was due to stress because i get stressed very easily?

Micah answers:

Here a few simple home remedies which can be tried at home to control hair fall.

1.Rinse your hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar and sage tea this helps hair grow..

2. A medicine rich in sulfur is also recommended as sulfur plays an important part in the structure of the hair.

3. Massage with olive oil before going to bed at night and next morning, wash off the hair gently..

4. To treat hair loss apply a little lemon juice with some black tea.Massage well and shampoo.

5. Beat two eggs, and add two tablespoons of water to it. Rinse hair and pour the egg mixture over the hair.Massage the scalp well and leave for 10 minutes. Then wash it.

Micah Just Answer Your Question About Men Hair Loss Forum

May 19th, 2012

Ken asks…

22y/o: Am i losing my hair? Pics included inside in a hair loss forum?

http://www.hairlosshelp.com/forums/messageview.cfm?catid=10&threadid=90079&enterthread=y

Hi,

I’m 22 y/o and am possibly paranoid about starting to go bald or having my hair thin. My men on my mom’s side have their hair still. My dad’s started to noticeably bald around mid-30s.

Micah answers:

Sweet boxers, brah.

Michael asks…

Andropause (male menopause): why don’t men want to talk about it? Do they even know it exists?

I see many posts ridiculing mature women on this forum. Some of these middle-aged women are going through or have gone through menopause. However, men go through a similar transition:

“There is a basic set of identifiable symptoms which signal changes in hormones. These symptoms include some of the same symptoms women experience:

Diminished sexual drive
Urinary changes
Lack of energy
Decrease in strength and/or endurance
Lost height, back pain
Decreased “enjoyment of life”
Irritability, anger, and grumpiness
Depression or withdrawn
Erections less strong
Deterioration in sports ability
Falling asleep after dinner
Decreased work performance
Joint aches and stiffness of the hands
Premature aging
Changes in hair growth and skin quality
Loss of physical fitness, weight gain, and “beer” bellies
Hot flashes
Increased anxiety
Loss of self esteem
Decreased memory and/or concentration”

Why are only menopausal women ridiculed? Why not menopausal men too?
Here is tons more info:

http://www.dmoz.org/Health/Men‘s_Health/Andropause/

According to one poster – who has “been there” himself, andropause IS of concern. If it weren’t of concern to men then why would men seek to treat the symptoms? Verstehen?

Micah answers:

Interesting post, and thinking of men I know and have known, the symptoms you describe make a lot of sense.

It’s interesting how many men are replying in total denial ~ yet the ‘Viagra’ industry for so-called ‘erectile dysfunction’ (an age related consition) is so popular it has become the stuff of jokes.

One of the things ‘radical’ feminists have been saying for years is that men are seriously short changed by a societal expectation which drives them to refuse to acknowledge weakness, pain, disability and anxiety, building up stress which leads to early onset of conditions like heart disease.

Unfortunately for men (who complain here regularly that women won’t do anything about male problems) only men can change this, by refusing to act the part of their own stereotypes.

Hopefully the coming generation will be more aware than the older ones.

Cheers :-)

Micah Just Answer Your Question About Stop Hair Loss Regrow Hair

May 19th, 2012

George asks…

i started losing my hair whats the best way to stop hair loss and regrow new ones?

Micah answers:

Depends your age and genetic texture of your hair. If you are in your 20′s and 30′s and losing hair without having any genetic and heridity background, Apply Mintop Minoxidil on scalp(5ml twice a day) and take Finasticide pill once a day to stop your harmonal imbalance. This will stop and delay your hair loss pattern (again depending on your genetic DNA). In 20% of cases this medicine cause hair to regrow. Who knows you will get your hair back one day and join that 20% bandwagon! Good luck

Lizzie asks…
